We collect account details you provide (name, email, billing information) and technical data required to operate the service, such as request metadata and diagnostic logs.
We use collected information to provide, maintain and improve the service, to communicate with you about your account, and to comply with legal obligations.
Operational logs are retained for up to 30 days. Account records are kept for the lifetime of your account and for a limited period afterwards as required by law.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted through role-based controls and audited regularly.
